If you have received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. After that, the deadline for reporting these problems unfortunately expires.
For the fastest possible solution, please send us an email with your order number and a photo or video showing the damaged part of the item. We will use this information to help you with your order and to avoid errors in the future.
In the event of defects, we will always supply a new item free of charge the first time and unfortunately cannot offer a refund. Does the item unexpectedly arrive faulty a second time? Then we will refund the entire purchase price!
