    We have a 30-day money-back guarantee, which means you can return your order up to 30 days after receipt.


    To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.


    Please note that the products are shipped directly from our warehouse in China. The return shipment must therefore be sent to the return address that you can request via customer service. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the cost of the return shipment.

    Follow the steps below to return your product:

     

    1. Send us an email to Service@Stepping-Stones-Shop.com and indicate that you wish to return all or part of your order.
       
    2. Wait for a response from our customer service.
       
    3. After receiving the return instructions, pack the product to be returned neatly and securely. Preferably in the original packaging
       
    4. Send the parcel to the return address you received from our customer service.
       
    5. Send the track & trace code to our customer service.
       
    6. Once your parcel has arrived and has been checked, we will refund you the order value of the returned products via the payment method you used to pay for the products.

    Have you received a damaged or incorrect product? How annoying!
    If you have received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. After that, the deadline for reporting these problems unfortunately expires.
     

    For the fastest possible solution, please send us an email with your order number and a photo or video showing the damaged part of the item. We will use this information to help you with your order and to avoid errors in the future.
     

    In the event of defects, we will always supply a new item free of charge the first time and unfortunately cannot offer a refund. Does the item unexpectedly arrive faulty a second time? Then we will refund the entire purchase price!
